Lecture 5 Group discussion of four paradigms

This lecture begins with an imaginary school called Hill School, which could be really a school in any country. The task for the students was to “look” at this imaginary school with different paradigms trying to identify how and why we see different things. You may try to do it by yourself and maybe making some notes to your personal reflective report. You will later learn that this framework is very important and also helpful in increasing our understanding of people and leading in schools.
