<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;In leading schools, and any other organization as well, we want to be at front. But what is front? Geographically, Tasmania, where Mr. Spinks comes from, is just as far from the ‘other world’ as Finland is! He, then places an important question, how can we still be in front in student outcomes, regardless that we are so apart from others? Then, Mr. Spinks talks about the various factors helping Australia, and Tasmania to stay in front.
