Remember to enter edit mode by clicking the ”Show actions” button on the top of the page. If the button on the top of the page reads ”Hide actions”, you are already in edit mode.

Editing and organizing announcements:

The announcements of an “Announcements” module can be modified and organized.

By clicking on the “Modify” button, you can edit the content of an announcement.
By clicking on the “Organize” button, you can change the order in which announcements are displayed either by giving them numbers (with the announcement with the smallest number being displayed first) or by dragging and dropping the announcements into the correct order.

Like its name suggests, the “Announcements” module can be used to share important announcements with the participants of the page.

Creating an announcements module:

When in edit mode, click on the “Other tool” button.
Click on the “Announcements” module.
Give your module a title and click “Save”.
You will be redirected back to the host page. You can now add new announcements to the module by clicking on the “Create new announcement” button.
Write the title and the contents of the announcements in the correct fields. You can also allow participants to comment on announcements. When you are finished, click “Save”.
