Remember to enter edit mode by clicking the ”Show actions” button on the top of the page. If the button on the top of the page reads ”Hide actions”, you are already in edit mode.

Creating a form module:

Click on the “Other tool” button when editing a page.
Click on the “Form module” option.
Give your form module a title and a (optional) description. Remember to click “Save” when you are finished.
You can now add forms to the module by clicking on the “Create a new form” button.

The “Form module” tool can be used to create a collection of learning tasks or exercises. The form module consists of one or multiple forms.

The “Form module” tool can be used to group and organize your exercises and tasks by theme or skill level.
You can add forms to the module at once or gradually as the course progresses.

The ”Form module” tool is different from the ”Form” tool in that it allows you to collect multiple forms into the same module.

You can add forms to a form module by clicking on the “Create a new form” button.
Give your form a title and choose its comment settings.
Click on the “Form” field. A list of tools will appear under the text field. These tools can be used to create various kinds of exercises. You can use one, two or even all tools in a single form.
Remember to click “Save” when you are finished.
Repeat the steps 1-4 to add more forms to the module. The order of the forms inside the module can also be changed.
