We would think that it also puts a lot of money to education and thus gets very good student learning outcomes. However, this is not the case, as professor Tjeldvoll explains to us in this lecture. He also tells about the clashes in understanding school leadership in Norway. He analyzes both the historical tradition and the present New Public Management approach in understanding the different opinions.</p>
