The ”Group note” tool can be used for real-time and collaborative writing, editing and note-taking. Multiple users can edit the contents of the module in real-time.

Creating a group note module

Click on the “Other tool” button when editing a page.
Click on the “Group note” option.
Give your module a title. You can allow the participants to edit or comment on the module, or both. The participant that has received edit privileges can freely edit the contents of the module. The comment privilege gives the participant only the permission to comment on the contents of the module.
Remember to click on the “Save” or “Save as draft” button after you are finished. You will be redirected back to the module’s host page.

Editing a group note module:

You can add content to your group note module by clicking on the “Modify” button under the module heading.
You can change or modify the title of the module in the “Title” field. The actual writing takes place in the text field, where users can edit the contents of the module in real time.
When you are finished, click “Save”.
