<title>Session 2 Transformational Change</title>

<content type="html">The second session is about transactional and transformational change. We look back to the original studies of Bass and Burns, and follow the development of the notions to modern interpretations. We also study in more detail the different elements of transformational leadership. At the end of the session we also study the blind spots of it.&lt;br/&gt;&#10;&lt;br/&gt;&#10;Session two consists of four lectures, PowerPoint slides related to them, readings, and students writings &amp;amp; commentary.&lt;br/&gt;&#10;&lt;br/&gt;&#10;Please start the session by clicking lecture 1.</content>
