Briefly write how in your country educational administration addresses the situation of poor learning outcomes. The previous lecture Mr. Spinks discussed on the need to improve education. Now, he continues with the discussion about can it be done. He argues that the key is that we need to believe that every child can learn. Every teacher needs to believe this. As an interesting example of a transformed school, the lecture presents Morpeth School in London, England. At the end of the lecture Mr. Spinks brings up the important topic of parents’ right to the local school for their children.
