In the last lecture of the session, Meng introduces the principal training programme in China. With her work experience, she takes the national training center of secondary school principals as the example. This training center is authorized by the Ministry of Education. You will hear the vision and mission of the organisation, the training content, the target groups, and the development strategy in her presentation. This principal training programme is financed by the Ministry of Education. Local schools and the principals also pay a small amount of administrative fees. As to the future challenges. Meng mentions the internationalization, equal education in whole China, and the sustainable development.
