<p>The discussion topic in Lecture 6 is teacher training. Students compare teacher training as getting the driving license. To graduate from teacher training does not make you a good teacher. You need support when starting your teacher’s career in the school. Concerning teacher leadership it is pointed out that leadership is not included in the present teacher training.</p>
