Lecture 2 Archetypes of leadershiphttps://peda.net/id/40a06fa40c62016-04-27T14:03:52+03:00<p>Classification and defining typologies has for a long time been in the interest of researchers of leadership and management. In this lecture professor Lämsä discusses of one classification on the basis of an article by Steyrer called Charisma and the Archetypes of Leadership. The article offers us four archetypes: the Father, the Hero, the Savior, and the King. While listening to the lecture you may think about examples from your own experience which would fit to these categories.</p>
