TASK 2

After you have watched the video, click turn in the assignment in Google Classroom to confirm you have watched it.

MATHS

EKL 5 Ch 18 Subtracting fractions with a common denominator e.1-8 p. 72-73, EXTRA e. house 18
1. Convert mixed numbers to improper fractions.
2. Subtract the numerators. Denominators stay the same.
3. Reduce to the simplest form if possible.

EKL 6
1. Draw a 3D cube in your notebook. Dimensions: length 10 cm, width 10 cm, height 10 cm. Mark the volume 1 cubic decimetre on it. 1 dm3 =1 litre.
2. Calculate ch 26 e.1 + notebook exercises 4-9, p.104-105, EXTRA e. 11, p.106
-First calculate the volume by multiplying length, width and height.
-Secondly, convert from cm3 to dm3 and then to litres.
