Professor&lt;br/&gt;&#10;Alava deals with the problems of the traditional views on educational leadership presenting the broad-scoped pedagogic leadership as the answer to the challenges of the quantum paradigm. The reasons behind the need of the leadership change and the characteristics of the broad-scoped pedagogic leadership are described.
