<p>Lecture 2 starts with the historic reviews of educational management in the U.K. and the U.S. Bush (2007) summerises that in the U.K., principal training is gradually divided from the ordinary teacher training. According to Murphy (2005), there are 4 ears of educational leadership evolution in the U.S. Educational leadership is still a new concept in most of the countries. Listen to students' comments on the British and American models of educational management.</p>
