In Lecture 2 you will listen to students' discussions about the their experiences and opinions how organizations can advance in the typology of professional organizations. Pay attention to how students comment for example that professors who have high degrees may not want to share their knowledge leading problems in organizational level. The conclusion is, that lack of communication will hinder the organizational development when the knowledge is not shared. During the lecture we learn to use the letter symbols, I, T, A and X in analyzing and developing professional organizations.
