Their five essential features of the Finnish context are resources, professionalism, flexibility, democracy and equality, autonomy and decentralization. They also mention that Finland is part of the integration and globalization process taking place all over the world. At the school level, involvement is the key task in both pedagogic leadership and shared leadership.</p>
