<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Lecture 3 starts with the problems of structural frame arguing that it neglects the ethical dimension of the organization. Team work and cooperation are also problematic under the structural paradigm. A leader who overly emphasizes the structure may turn to be a petty tyrant. Later in the lecture, professor Alava uses a real-life case to explain the change of scientific management in Finnish education system from 1970s to 1990s. Please pay attention to the analysis and discussion.
