We often talk that someone has charisma without knowing what exactly we mean. In this lecture we study in more detail the components of transformational leadership and we learn that charisma is one of the components. You will also learn what are the 4 I´s that will result a Performance Beyond Expectations, and how you can become a transformational leader.
