<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;This session gives you a more deeper understanging of learning theories. These theories will affect your work as a leader and they also affect into curriculum work. You can´t select only one theory. You have to combine them like latest integrative learning theory does. This is seen in different types of curriculums and practises. Finnish education system is an example on how the curriculum work is done in national and local level - building from the bottom, steering from the top, and supporting from the sides.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Please start the session by clicking lecture 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;</content>
