Kouluterveydenhoitaja tekee kouluuntulotarkastuksen ennen kouluun siirtymistä. Ensimmäisen luokan alussa kiinnitetään erityistä huomiota luokan ryhmäytymiseen.<br/> <br/> Ennen kouluun tutustumispäivää <b>esiopettaja täyttää lapsen kasvua ja oppimista kartoittavan lomakkeen</b>. Tiedonsiirto toteutetaan aina yhteistyössä huoltajan kanssa. <br/> <br/> Esiopetuksen henkilökunta kutsuu koulun opettajan ja oppilashuollosta vastaavaa henkilöstöä siirtopalaveriin. Kunnissa toimitaan omien ohjeiden mukaisesti siirtopalaverien osanottajien ja aikataulun suhteen. Opetuksen järjestämisen kannalta oleelliset tiedot tulee siirtää vastaanottavalle taholle. <b>Lapsikohtaisen tuen esikoululaiset aloittavat koulun tarvittaessa oppilaskohtaisella tuella ja oppilaskohtaisista tukitoimista tehdään hallintopäätös.</b> <em><br/> <br/> </em>Jos lapsella on varhennetun oppivelvollisuuden hallintopäätös ja tuen tarve jatkuu perusopetuksessa, lapsen opetus järjestetään tällöin vamman, sairauden tai toimintakyvyn rajoitteen mukaisesti joko oppiaineittain tai toiminta-alueittain. 2026-09-04T10:13:00+03:00
