The framework is very useful, because it can be applied to all levels: from individual to team and organizational levels. We’ll study in detail the four components of strategic learning cycle -analysis, vision, commitment, and concrete action.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Later in the lecture we study teams with different cognitive dominances.
