<p>At first in the second lecture, professor Lämsä tells in some detail of her professional background and of her research interest. You’ll learn that she has wide professional experience in business administration, personnel consulting, and project management. Later she became the professor in human recourse management with research focus both in leadership ethics and gender leadership. </p>
