Driven from some important examples from different organizations and events and from research findings, the mechanism of values is explained. Next, the discussion focuses on educational organizations and stresses schools as ethical organizations. Last, value-based leadership is defined. Pay special attention to the universal power of values, and remember to write down your own reflections after this lecture. <br/>
