As its name suggests, the choir's singers are students in grades 3-6 of Jyväskylä city schools. Some of the students study in the music classes of Kypärämäki School and other singers are selected in annual auditions.<br/> <br/> The choir has approximately 30-40 singers aged 9-12, depending on the year. The choir is led by Suvi Airaksinen and Hilda Ivars. Hilda Ivars acts as the choir's sound designer. All of our singers have a long experience in different choirs. At our concerts we offer a wide and beautiful variety of both sacred and profane music for the joy of your ears. Our repertoire varies froms renessaince to new music and jazz, and we give concerts regularly. The artistic director is Kimmo Tuuri<span>, and concerts are coordinated by cantor-organist Jukka Hassinen</span>.
