First, Lecturer Värri introduces the purpose of the course. It aims at providing the international perspectives on school leadership and management through the lens of principal training. During the course, students will read the HEAD reports and also compose their own reports focusing on the school leadership training in one country. After introducing the learning outcomes and requirements, Lecturer Värri mentions his professional background as a principal in Finland.</p>
