The last lecture of Session 2 is composed of students' group discussions. Each group has a topic on how to take real actions to enhance the leadership of creativity. Listen to students' comments on the following issues: seniority, participation, empowerment, corrective feedback, and risk taking. After the lecture you are suggest to write an action plan for your own organization.
